installation, or at least see it's home page:

Included in the tarball is the updated script along with
a dump of my "updated" sql database cols including a couple of new ones.
Some of the changes I made:

* Split "name" into first/last name fields
* Added options for cell phone, fax number
* Added default "simple view" with Name/Email/Phone and link to "detail"
view with address, etc.
* Added "label view" that creates a "mail label" that can be easily cp'd
into a WP doc for printing.
* Changed order address info is displayed to street/city/ste/zip
* Changed options in side frame a bit - especially "search by name" is
now "search by last name"

Wish list:

* One thing I would like to do is simplify the "simple view" even more
into a single line. I think this is important especially when the DB
gets a couple dozen or more names. Using the "Select Entire DB" would be
quite useless in a situation with a large DB when each entry takes up
several lines.

* I would also like to be able to NOT display lines containing empty
values. Ie, if someone does not have the "Misc" or "Fax" field
populated, they should not be displayed in the "detail" view.
